And though I’ve been through a divorce, I don’t identify as a “divorced woman.” Rather, I’m a woman who’s walked through the challenges of divorce and gained both confidence and clarity. I’m a mom of two incredible girls. A fitness enthusiast. A master baker. A huge fan of the beach. An avid reader. A prayer warrior. A lover of laughter.

You get the picture.

I’m SO much more than a “divorced woman.” And you are, too.

You’re a woman with passions, dreams, and desires. (Even if those passions, dreams, and desires have gotten lost underneath your various roles in life they are still there at the core of who you are.)

More than anything, YOU. ARE. ENOUGH.

Take a deep breath, and let it saturate your soul.

The road of redefinition after divorce can be a winding one. In my work as a divorce recovery coach, I help women navigate the sometimes-rocky post-divorce trail and reclaim their pathway to power. In addition to my formal training and certification as a coach; I’ve also got real-life experience navigating life after divorce.

Divorce is one of the most difficult things you can walk through in life. But if you are willing to do the work, you will redefine yourself in the process.

The answer doesn’t lie in anyone outside of yourself . . . it’s not going to be in a new relationship, or even in the support of your friends and family. No, the answer is within YOU, and I’m going to help you tap into it. There will be a powerful shift in focus. From what was in the past, and what is now, to who you are on the other side of this divorce.

Life will no longer “happen” to you, but instead, YOU will create your own powerful life! You can be the cause of your own confidence, peace, and happiness. I’m here to show you how!

A strong woman knows she has strength enough for the journey, but a woman of strength knows it is in the journey where she will become strong.
